Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30. I would need all new door spring and runners for only 1120.00. BINGO I told him yes and we signed. The installer (ERIC) was here in two days and completed the installation in 4 hours.
