"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"Ron and Dan were very professional.  I am in the process of selling the home and actually live out of state now.  I had a list of items I wanted to fix / repair included some mold removal due to a broken window seal.  I also asked them to provide me their thoughts about other items worth fixing with the purpose of aiding in selling the home quicker.  They provided a list of items with a clear explanation of why each item was being recommended and a detailed estimate.  They were clear about timing of the project and work was completed on time.  My realtor tells me the house looks great and I will be heading out there soon to check it out myself.  I am very pleased this was able to be coordinated all while I was 500 miles away.
Could I have gotten some of the services a little cheaper if I went with a local handyman, etc?  Probably but I wanted to emphasize quality and respected the honest opinions they provided.  They would be one of the first people I contact if there is other work needed on the home.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
