"AJ Perri did a water heater check and found a serious issue I didnâ t know I had. It was fixed under warranty within a half a hour. Their plumber was pleasant and experienced."

"Although the electrician was friendly and professional, let me know what needed to be repaired and performed the work well, the price of the job was exorbitant for what was needed, and he did not explain until after the work was performed that part of the charge was an? annual membership? to their Total Care Club. He explained that it actually made the job less expensive overall, but I found it unacceptable that it was not explained upfront. Frankly, if I had not needed the job done as soon as possible, I would definitely have found a local, small electrician to do the job at what would probably have been a much more affordable rate. My error in judgment. Will avoid the large chain-style companies in the future."

"Had a gas leak in my mechanical room next to my boiler and hot water heater and M.L plumbing came and tested the lines and found the leak and fixed the leaking pipe. Thanks M.L plumbing for job well done and at a very reasonable price👍."

"Stephen and team did an excellent job. He called almost immediately after we submitted our request on AL and tried to help us solve our problem ourselves. When we realized we couldn't fix our issue on our own, he guided us in getting the right parts from our manufacturer for the warranty on our water heater. Installation was quick, the rate was very competitive, we really appreciated the friendly and professional service. Really responsive via text/phone, would call again!"

"I had used Rob before for a few things in the house I wasn't able to perform myself. I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the service and will continue to hire him for any services needed."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."

"They were prompt and courteous and did the replacement neatly and within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend them for water heater repair or replacement."

"We have been using Purely Water for over 20 years now, for our current home and previous home in West Milford. Our relationship with Roger began with him first trying to fix our contaminated drinking water problem over the phone, without Purely Water charging us a penny! Only when the common culprits and DIY fixes were ruled out did we meet Roger, who installed a water purification system that made sure our family of 5 would be drinking safely and healthy from our taps. This family business is ALL about solving problems and customer satisfaction. I have recommended Purely Water to several of our neighbors who now also boast of their amazing work, professionalism, and customer service. I highly recommend Purely Water to anyone who is in need of the services that they offer! John McCarthy"
