"This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. Plumber had to work in a small area to replace the pipe coupling and elbow. He did a very good job in a reasonable length of time.

The plumber could not make the original time frame because of extra time needed for the previous appointment. He did call ahead of time to let us know of a delay in meeting our appointment which was much appreciated. This was not a big issue his he was courteous enough to call us in advance. Again very good work.

No fault of his own just a classic example of you get what you pay for.  I had to replace the insert at a later date and remove everything he did.  If I knew that he could not get it lit, then I would not of had the service done.
