"Valleywide Cooling did exactly what I asked them to do with no trying to up sale me on anything. They did a seasonal inspection/tune-up and topped off my freon to the appropriate level for about 1/2 the price of my usual A/C vendor. I couldn't have asked for or gotten better service any where... Really! I was quite surprised and happy. No trying to sell me stuff I don't really need or prey upon my fears. "The 1st service man gave us a quote of $750. I called that evening and said I wanted to proceed with the repair. The 2nd service man knew nothing about the 1st visit or the quote. He said the 1st man had been fired the night before. He gave a quote of $1,500. The repair couldn t be completed for 4 days because the part had to be special ordered and it was the beginning of the Labor Day weekend."
