UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. THANK YOU!!"

The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. "The guys from ARS did a great job. They installed an entire new Rheem system in my home, added zoning and still completed the installation in one day. The Installers, Service Technicians and everyone involved in the installation were very professional, they kept me updated on their progress throughout the entire installation and answered all my question, to ensure I was satisfied with both the system and their work. It was comforting seeing They all wore their PPE the entire time they were inside and outside my home. I felt completely comfortable and also felt they respected my home as if it were their own. Upon completion of the installation, they cleaned both inside and outside to ensure they left my home in the same clean state it was in when they arrived. "Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

"We were purchasing a home that had some repairs needed before we could close. We had Devlin come out to do the repairs. Overall the repairs eventually got done, but not without having them come out multiple times to complete it. They were supposed to replace the whole sewer line, but when we went to look after they said they were done, there was still a section that had not been replaced. We called the owner and he had the technician come back out to finish the job. To replace the sewer line, they had to cut a hole in our ceiling. They then left the piece of our ceiling on the floor and never replaced it, even after asking them to replace it. When they replaced the sewer line they drove a truck and trailer through our front and back yard to take away the pieces, which we were not pleased with. Overall the work got done, but we had to get them to come out multiple times to finally complete it, and they did not treat our home with respect. We were disappointed and will not be using them again.

"Loren and two of his technicians came out on a Saturday afternoon-evening and replaced the pump--six hours in the FREEZING RAIN! It was incredible service. Loren, who is a very pleasant young man, explained everything to me and kept me informed of their progress. I'll use them from now on for any plumbing needs. I got One Stop Plumbing through HOCOA, which only accepts about 20% of the service providers who apply to be listed with them. If you don't know about HOCOA, check them out. For annual fee of $50, they put you in contact with excellent folks--I always use them now."
