"The salesman Mr. McKenzie was on time for his appointment. He provided all of the information which I needed. He measured the hall stairs for carpet installation. He provide the final quote and have wonderful carpet samples to show me. I told him that I needed 24 to mull over the price. They came around a week later (I had a very busy work schedule) and the installer along with his assisted knocked the work out with 9 hours.
