"The work performed was efficiently done and apppeared satisfactory.
Probably b/c the property is relatively new, I could not notice a tremendous difference between videos taken with a probe in the duct before and after.
The filter humidifier needed to be replaced and an installation fee was added to the total cost. A/C was found with low freon level and needed to be added. I was pleased that a further little more discount was offered at the end considering the various services that were requested.

"Ron and Sal were a pleasure to have in our home; they work very well together and did a superb job. I enjoyed their conversation.
They installed Rheem.
Best of all, Ron doesn't do a cookie-cutter job: he crafted a solution to an unusual plumbing problem affecting our furnace that previous HVAC installers either didn't understand or just ignored.
