Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. "I called at 5:30 on a weekday, expecting to either pay a huge emergency fee or be told someone could come out the following day. However, Jon said he could be by in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and ended up filling up the air conditioner with more Freon. I though the price for the Freon was very reasonable compared to other companies we have used in the past. Jon also took a look at our furnace while he was over, but didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave us tips. I will definitely call this company again in the future, and would recommend them to friends in the area."
