"Rick Olandese approached our large project with a professional attitude and outstanding communication. He came on time and kept in touch with us on a regular basis.  As we all know, maintaining and operating a pool can mean unexpected problems - everything from weather to parts that don't seem to fit. Rick took full responsibility of the entire project, working closely with Ed Morrison to ensure our happiness. When things didn't go as planned, Ed returned graciously - even on the weekend - to fix skimmer and heater issues we couldn't figure out. They are both warm and friendly, incredibly easy to contact and an absolute pleasure to work with. "The men who closed my pool were very friendly and professional. I bought the wrong pool cover and they purchased one for me at a nearby pool store."

"We couldn't be happier with the work Elevation Pool and Hardscape did on our in-ground pool repair! From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issues we had been dealing with for months — including a cracked shell, worn plaster, and some failing coping stones — and walked us through every step of the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the job within the timeline they promised. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the plaster finish is smooth and flawless, and the repaired hardscape blends seamlessly with the existing surroundings. It's hard to believe it was ever damaged at all."

"I am absolutely delighted with the results! They completely removed the inground pool which was well past its prime. My backyard is transformed and I am so pleased. The team did an excellent job. First rate work ethic!"

"SP Tech arrived on the day they said they would and on time! They did a great job installing our inground pool liner. DeLondon and his crew were very knowledgeable and respectful. The pool liner turned out great and they left no mess. Would recommend to others!"

"CMM installed a garage heater for me. Chuck came out and did a free estimate which I received the next day. The price was good ($800 cheaper than other estimate) and included gas and electrical hook up and venting. Jeff came and installed unit. Everything went smooth and he left everything neat and clean. Very happy and would recommend to others."

"He replaced the dining room dimmer light switch. He didn't have the correct replacement one I needed so he's coming back to install the correct one."

"BRAD WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE STUCK TO HIS QUOTE EVEN THOUGH HE RAN INTO SOME CHALLENGES INSTALLING THE CEILING FAN. MOST OF ALL, THE FLOOR TILE LOOKS GREAT!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
