"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. "Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."

Everything went great.  We first had the root barrier done because we had a structural engineer come look at our house and he said the roots from our oak trees and the one from our neighbor was starting to effect our foundation.  I searched different companies on Angie's list and decided to go with Works by Rob.  He had an A rating on Angie's list.  I had also had other companies come out but I felt Rob did the best job with explaining what he was going to do and he was competitively priced and was actually doing more than the other companies.  I met with Rob and he was profession and prompt and explained everything he was going to do.  Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to prevent roots from causing further foundation problems along with a moisture barrier per the recommendation of my structural engineer.  They did a great job and replaced the dirt and grass and cleaned up everything after they were done. 

A few weeks later after the big rain we had, I called Rob about a drainage problem we were having.  We had already had drains installed but they were not functioning properly.  Rob and his crew came out and accessed the situation.  Rob determined what the problems were and he redid most of our drainage system.  Rob and his crew worked really hard at digging trenches and laying new pipes and installing drains in key areas of our yard along with properly routing the huge amount of water we had coming off our roof and going out through our gutters.  Rob explained everything he was doing each step of the way.  He cleaned up after everything was done and even went the extra mile and did a few other things that were not originally discussed.  We had another big rain recently and everything worked well and drained like it should. 

I would certainly use Works by Rob again and will highly recommend them to others.  Rob and his crew were great and did a fantastic job with both the root barrier and the drains.  Rob also does gutters and replacing and fixing of roofs and I will certainly be calling him again when I need new gutters or a new roof.

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
