They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"Jason and his team were true professionals from day one through the entire project . They had to deal with some of the worst weather we had in late 2015 building over 800 square feet of deck, all of which is elevated from 3 feet in front front of the house, to the majority which is elevated from 6-9 feet on the side and back. Jason always kept us informed on progress, explained how he was doing things and asking if we had any questions. <br> <br>We asked for a stronger deck then normal for a greater level of safety because of having a family member in a power wheel chair. The composite decking will make for easier up keep,and the heavy construction makes for a very solid surface. <br>We are  very pleased with the covers installed over the back deck and spa area and the way they follow the roof line of the house, making for an enjoyable outdoor living space. <br> <br> <br>"

"Jerrod the owner of Archstone was emphatic to point out that he is one of the best if not the best and a very conscientious and honest man. He said the mortar on exterior house wall is very hard and can't be ground out. Per his expert advise the best things is pressure wash and scrape out loose and damaged mortar and use sponging technique to fill in cavities with type S mortar. I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed."
