"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

I requested a simple job?re-piping the connection between a new sink and the drain. The work took about 15 minutes, yet I was charged $900, which is completely unreasonable for such a basic task. More concerning than the price was the quality of the work. The technician left old components in place, including a worn P-trap connection that should have been replaced.
