Everything about the service call was fine, but I was a little unhappy about the fact that the guys boots were dirty and tracked little dirt piles all over my almost white carpet. "Overall its fairly good. I think there was only one little issue that I had. Its not new construction its remodeled construction. There is an external device that they had to bring from that service panel and they had to cut into my wall to install it. I think the only thing I thought at the time was that like anything else when you deal with wood or anything like that you kind of measure twice before you do something and I think he tended to eyeball it and then realized that afterwards he tried to make it work. I would have surmised that he would have taken a little more time to figure it would before he started cutting the wall. Its looks kind of not as professional looking as I would think it would be for not trying the wall. I was a little bit disappointed in that. Every thing else was as I thought was very good. I think they very professional in their conduct."
