Will reviewed the grout, and gave us a detailed explanation of work he would do to clean and replace the grout. He also, noticed some grout problems in the second bathroom, and offered to take care of it as part of the original cost. Will and his coworker showed up right on schedule, and took the time to show color samples to me and my wife so we could pick the color we liked best to match the room. They did an excellent job layout protective materials to prevent any damage to our wood floors leading to the bathrooms.
