"Craig came to my house and we discussed the possibilities. He gave me a quote and took with him a cabinet door (I had some extras) to stain so we could look at it and get the color right. He did so and stained them at his facility. On a separate date he came into my home and stained the cabinet boxes themselves. (Note that the boxes remained attached to the wall/floor. "I stopped by their place of business and S/W Len Olson and described my problem. He stated he could probably repair them and asked me to bring them in. After looking at the chairs he said he could repair them for about $25 each. He called me the NEXT day and said they were done. They felt sturdier than when we originally bought the set. Len said he has done this to chairs for the past 3-4 years and has not had anyone bring them back because the glue has failed. He said if I had any problem to bring them back. Mr. Olson is very cordial and friendly. While at his shop I saw an article about his business that was written by the Chicago Tribune in June of 2005."
