While some others from this list either quoted a price for the work over the phone without even seeing the job, only one other contractor came and provided a quote. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

"Vinnie came to give me an estimate to remove and replace the fluidmaster and flapper in my master bedroom's bathroom toilet. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . He completed the job in practically no time, had everything he needed, and when he ran into an unexpected snag, had those parts too. When Vinnie entered my home today for the first time, he stated that he wanted to become my plumber, the plumber I will call in the future for all my plumbing problems. "Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."
