"I thought I would drop in to let everyone know about the fantastic experience I had with Adrian and his team of installers. I had a 170 ft.² area to cover and I had already bought the materials. One of the issues I continue to have is installers promising to show up to give me an accurate quote and never showing up. The ones that gave me a quote over the phone seem to already make up their mind that they did not want to take the job. I get it times a good so companies can be choosy. I came onto Angie's list and put out requests to several companies asking for a quote and additional information on scheduling etc. I hit send on Sunday morning. By Sunday afternoon Adrian text me over a message and asked me to send him a picture of the space as well as the tile. I did so, and we agreed to meet The next Monday at 12:30 PM. He showed up on time, which unfortunately was impressive and quickly gave me a few tips about how the foundation would need to be prepared to ensure the best results from the mortar. He didn't do it in a "let's sell more services" kind of way; rather, he just wanted to give me a heads up. He looked at the tile and recommended grout sizes as well as give me recommendations on the layout. He gave me a quote on the spot, and I told him I would reach back out to him later that day. After checking his reviews as well as his Instagram, which contains videos with him and at as opposed to stock footage, we decided to hire him. He immediately put us on the schedule for Thursday at 8:30 AM. He and his crew were on site at 8:30 AM and begun prepping the floor. They hung up the necessary tarps insured doors were open, and air conditioning was shut off and went to work. They worked until 6 PM that evening finishing laying down the tile. They return Friday morning at9 AM to fill in the grout. They were done by 1 PM. Then Adrian got on his hands and knees with a razor blade and inspected every single tile in every single grout line. He pointed out some imperfections in the tile we had chosen to make sure that we had a clear understanding of the work he was doing. When he was done, he gave us detailed instructions on our next steps, how to properly seal. When we verbally expressed that we were happy with the job he then requested payment. There was no conversation about money beforehand, and we believed that he was more interested in our satisfaction then getting paid up front and at the end of the first day. That makes sense because we've decided to do our entire living room and a short hallway and will be reaching back out to him. Five stars all the way very recommended. The level of detail to ensure the project ran smoothly from the demolition, installation, and clean up was beyond my expectations. "I could not have been more pleased with Chris Barnhardt and his crew. We needed what we though was a very straight-forward repair on four support posts that were rotted. Chris came out and gave a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and more complete than several others I received, and we signed a contract. Communication and timeliness were excellent throughout the process, and once permits and plans were complete, work on the balcony started. That's when things took some very unexpected turns as we found more and more rotted wood on the first and second story framing. We required a change order to accomplish all of the things that we found wrong, and given the scope of the final project, I just had to get the work done and worry about the cost later. In the end, Chris's crew replaced about 80% of the entire balcony, salvaging whatever areas they could. And the final product looks great! The additional cost was very fair and reasonable. I will hire Chris again in the future and highly recommend him for any general contractor requirements! Fair price, quality work -- it doesn't get any better!"

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"Jose is a delight to work with. He is flexible with requests. His cabilities are extensive, and he is happy to use his talents beyond the scope of his main job. His pricing is completely fair and reasonable. Jose did our exterior paint, and interior wall/molding painting and staining. His attention to detail and execution are stellar. We had a few other things that needed to be done for us like grouting and finishing small carpentry projects.
