"We needed to have copper piping throughout the house, and in the front yard to the street.  When James came out to do the estimate, he represented Gladiator in a very professional manner, answered all our questions and best of all, price matched another company.  We felt that of the 3 companies we interviewed, Gladiator was the best in explaining the process, reviewing the pricing and materials, and were very courteous.  James wanted our business and was very sincere in his presentation. <br /> When they came on Wed. to repipe, the whole team got right to work and knew exactly what to do.  After a couple hours, they told me that the pipes under the house were broken in a couple spots and were leaking.  These were pipes leading out of the house which isn't what they were replacing.  James and his brother, Brian, came out again that day and showed us pictures of this. We realized how dangerous this was if left untreated (mold was already present) and so they gave me a discounted price to do the sewer/drain system the next day.  So we ended up having 3 piping projects instead of 2.   <br /> The team was efficient, very clean - you never would have known we had work done that day, and stayed in contact with me for both days.  The inspections were set up and handled by their office in a very courteous manner. <br /> It is evident to me and my husband that Brian, James, and Joe all have very high integrity for their business.  We will definitely recommend Gladiator to anyone who needs to repipe their house, and even if someone just needs a plumber for small projects. "I called on Sunday 17th of Feb 2012 and left word that I was concerned about noises from my water heater. As it was a holiday weekend, I did not expect to hear back right away but was called by Oscar early Monday morning. He scheduled a visit and gave me several options. I chose the most "expensive" just to start with a new water heater and to be better sure that any future issues that arise would likely be warranty covered and to make sure I started a proper water heater maintenance schedule. The install of the new water heater was scheduled for that Friday at 9:30. The crew arrived 1 1/2 hours EARLY! That is commendable considering the other work OCG had going on at the same time. While it was a bit inconvenient to have them start early, the crew was professional and finished quickly - installing the new water heater, re-connecting auxiliary systems, and insuring all new piping was in place. The next surprise was that I was not expected to pay anything until the bill arrived in the mail...no downpayment or payment at time of work completion. A great surprise! I was able to monitor the work and make sure there were no issues before the bill arrived. While I would have liked a follow-up call from the company (at least to get my full name for the bill)"
