His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication truly set him apart. During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. "They are pleasant when you need installation. But I had to call 3 times for repair in less than 2 months. My AC is still not working properly and now I cannot seem to get ahold of them nor are they replying to msgs. It is currently 87 degrees in my house and my thermostat is set at 70. Totally unacceptable!!!!! I would think twice before hiring. I finally got a response from them and they sent someone to check the system. They found that there was a leak in the system. Do not know why it took 3 visits to discover the problem. Keeping fingers crossed this is the solution."
