She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. "All he did was come in and look at it and said, ?you have cheap doors!? ?You need better doors and you need a better system for closing!? It was useless basically! He oiled the track at the top, because it was noisy. We expected that maybe there would be the possibility to changing some parts.

We had no idea that because we had the builders grade garage doors & apparently the least expensive tracking. That nothing that he could have done would have made any difference, except we could have paid $1,200 or more to get a whole new system. Well, that wasn?t what we paid for really. He did say he would oil a couple of parts and maybe it will help. It didn?t because everything is not very good.
