"It went fine.  It went as planned.  When they came to clean the oil heater they said the pipes were not getting enough draft so they had to drill a hole in the pipe.  I don't know who was right but I can smell the oil when the heater first comes on.  Everything worked out fine.  They were very professional.  It dint take them long to do it and they cleaned up after they were done.  They crowned the cap, cleaned and put new pipes in.  They were confusing me about the draft part and I wanted to get more information on that.  I thought the price was a little high but the things they did were done well.  They said they gave me a ten percent discount."

 M General Contractors did an excellent job on my cooling system!   The price was good compared to the other quotes that I received for this large job.  The contractor was professional and very experienced.  When contacting TM General Contractors, I spoke to Ted Miles.  He was able to come out and evaluate the job and provide me with an estimate the same day.  He was prompt in evaluating the situation and offered me several options to consider in order to complete the work that I requested.  After reviewing several quotes, I decided to go with  T M Contractors because Mr. Miles seemed to be very experienced and provided me with a good quote.  Another plus was that he showed up on time when he came out to evaluate the work request and provide the quote.  On the day the work was done, he showed up on time, had protective drapes for my carpet, did a great job of installing the new new system  and replacing the pipes, explained what he was doing, provided a tutorial on how everything works and cleaned up the debris. He called the next day to assure that everything was working to my satisfaction and to inquire as to weather I had any questions.  I will recommend TM General Contractors to my friends and relatives because I am completely satisfied with the work performed, professionalism and the customer service provided.
