"Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."

"Chris came on time and at this point seems to have fixed the problem. It's only been a couple of days. The entire time he was here, he kept trying to sell us other products & services. My husband and I thought the price was rather high for the 20 min. he was here. Don't think we'll use this company again."
