"Super helpful and fair! I was having issues where my AC wasnâ t running correctly and I called them. They dispatched a tech who was able to troubleshoot my issue and it actually ended up just being a programming issue with the thermostat that they were able to resolve very easily. I donâ t even think they charged me for it tbh. They just wanted to help. Was very refreshing dealing with a company like this."
