"When my husband and I purchased a condo in Perdido Key, Drew Patterson was recommended to us for general touchups before we took occupancy. We met and set up a plan that he immediately put in effect. Before he completed that job, Hurricane Sally heavily damaged our beachfront unit. Just from the little contact we had previously, I knew Drew Patterson was a master carpenter, as well as a perfectionist when it came to his work and reputation. We were on a year long journey together, as Covid and Sally had wreaked havoc on any building and supply chains. As we lived out of state, he weekly kept us up to date on all the projects we had in play. My husband and I would visit monthly and view for ourselves what was going on. Never have we worked with a more knowledgeable, capable ,and personable person. As sheetrock was replaced by another contractor hired by the COA, Drew would point out to us imperfections we hired him to redo that work. All in all, he and his crew repainted our entire unit, installed cabinets, moved furniture and did things that nobody else could do because so many gulf coast properties had been ravaged by the storm. Not many owners had a trust worthy Drew Patterson to get things done, and do them right, so we felt fortunate to have him . We ended the with a totoally refreshed and completed condo, as well as, a friend that we affectionately call our son, contractor."

The job was flawless from start to finish and it went up so quick!! Dan is a super guy who builds AMAZING TIKIS, he really knows his stuff and loves what he does. Contacting him and getting responses--super easy. He stands behind his work, not that he needs to, that thing isn't going ANYWHERE!!! Our old tiki was taken down and the new one installed so fast and seemingly effortlessly that if you turned around or blinked, you might have missed it. The team got in, got the job done and were gone in no time at all, I think the thing went up in literally one day, no exaggeration. The crew works smart, clean, left ZERO mess. "better than expected, after being referred to bo by a neighbor I was planning to purchase a kit and pay for assembly after looking on google for (Real Wood Pool iutdoor pergolas I found they were anywhere from &1000-$3000 and weren't assembled, you had to pay extra for assembly and extra for stain and sealant, that's when no suggested we design our own and construct it, he drew up an almost spot on visualization of what he built, let me pick put wood, stain and location, but above all be was very kind, even though I requested extra he never asked for more money, and on thrilled with what he built. me and my husband and I are already planning put next project-10/10 would recommend."
