"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! "I purchased 2 fans and storm door and Bob and his partner installed both in a 3 hour time window.  Because the install required access to my attic I was a little nervous about having insulation all over the bedroom floor. When they were done installing the fans they cleaned up all areas where they worked and also around the access hatch leading to the attic. Very impressed with the cleanup...never knew they had installed the fans. After the fans they installed the storm door on the front entrance. Again very pleased with the work and cleanup.
