I did not receive an invoice, I only got a rude letter demanding payment immediately or else I would be referred to a collection agency. When I tried to talk to her on the phone, she made me feel like a criminal. I signed a contract to pay $100. in March, $100 in April and $300 in May, to be charged to my credit card. I assumed everything was taken care of when I got another nasty FINAL NOTICE letter demanding full payment by May 2 or I would be sent to a collection agency. I will pay the bill on time, but I resent being treated like a criminal. I honestly think Allie Isaacson needs to take a class in diplomacy.
