He said that he would take care of that when he returned our dining room table. He also gave me a new can of the product that he recommended that I use on my fine furniture. "Brought in two large seat cushions from microfiber couch that was only 4 years old. They no longer offered any support and we, as well as our guests, had trouble getting off the couch. Took the cushions to Chair People and assessed the problem (stuffed with feathers) and offered a solution (foam). I was able to choose my firmness and they were able to accommodate the large size (our couch is really deep). The cushions were ready for pickup within the week. <br />"

"They delivered the finished table within the time estimated (about a month). Todd and the refinisher delivered it to our house. It looked absolutly stunning! The refinisher commented on what a pleasure the table was to work on and the quality of the piece. Try as we might, we could not tell where the water damaged spot was. The grain of the wood throughout was beautiful. They used a modern and long lasting finish on it and I anticipate years of continued use with the table. The geared extension mechanism, which had previously been balky, works as smooth as silk. It took us another month to decide on an upholstery fabric, but once we did it took them only about 2 weeks to order the fabric and complete the chairs. Again, the work was top notch, all of the joints are solid and the upholstery work is fabulous. The staff at Ackerman's were all very informative and accomodating. The workmen took obvious pleasure and pride in there work. While it initially seemed like a lot of money to me, the end result and the price of a comparable dining set (if you can even find one) was truly worth the cost to us."
