"If would could give a 6 we would! M.Mac Exteriors is a diamond in the ruff contractor. Mickey and his crew were at our house bright and early on time to put a new roof on our house. They worked very hard all day and did an absolutely amazing job. Mackey 's crew were professional, courteous and hard working. They even went above and beyond their job description and put in a light bulb high up on our house that we were having a real problem getting to since I have many health issues. We very much appreciated that! Mickey was very easy to work with. What we liked about Mickey above the rest of the quotes we got for this job was that he was not a typical "salesman" trying to sell us something and razzle and dazzle us. He was professional but also friendly and has a great personality , again something we really appreciated. He also has a good relationship with his crew...you can tell he is a good boss!! "We got all new siding on our house, as well as our deck redone, about 2 months ago. We are 100% satisfied with all the work Inspired Exteriors did, and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since! Kevin and Elder were wonderful project managers and kept everything on track, even through extended rain. Anytime I reached out to Kevin he got back to me very quickly, which is a major plus when getting work done on your home. They have very large crews doing the work, and they were always courteous and always working their butts off. Not only that but the pricing was also very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again, and probably will in the near future."

"Wow! Wow! Wow! Nick and his crew just finished an EP Henry hardscaping project in my courtyard. He transformed my courtyard into a beautiful and inviting place to relax, entertain, and enjoy! His crew arrived early every morning and worked a long and hard day. They were respectful, talented, and responsive! Nick stopped in several times each day to check on the progress. Nick kept me informed every step of the way, great communication! I found it easy to talk to Nick and he was always receptive. Although the project was supposed to take 8 days to finish, they finished it in 4 days! That was an unexpected and wonderful surprise! At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up the courtyard nicely. At the end of the project, they made sure that all of the construction materials were gathered, the lawn around the house was repaired from their wheel barrels, any trash was picked up, and the driveway was swept and blown. My only regret is that I don’t have another project for Nick and his crew to complete for me! I would hire D'Antonio Landscaping again without any hesitation!"

"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. "We contacted Pierce L. Shallis Landscaping after doing some research and reading online reviews. We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they are both knowledgeable and professional. When hiring Pierce L. Shallis, you will have peace of mind that they will get the job done right."

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Very reliable friendly crew that did the siding! Showed up early and worked hard all day. The project manager was also great! My only issue was that a final walk through or asking about concerns was never done and there are a lot of nails/ garbage/ materials left behind. I’ve work with other companies and they always make it seem like they were never at my home working but not the case here. I do have little kids so I had to walk through and pick up a lot of nails on my porch and yard. Also I was told that I would get an extra piece of siding so I could color match it but again that did not happen. But over all a very good experience"
