After receiving a proposal and paying a deposit, it took almost two months just to get the job scheduled and I had to repeatedly follow up with the office to make that happen. The work was finally scheduled, but the day before the appointment I received a text saying the technician could not make it. In the same message thread I then received another confirmation for the original appointment followed by another message referencing a new date about 10 days later. The same text chain contained confirmations for two different dates, making it completely unclear what the actual schedule was. I ultimately had to call the company myself to figure out what was happening, and I never received a phone call about the change. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company."
