"Do not hire this company. They refuse to give upfronts quotes even though that is advertised (falsely) by Angis that they have upfront pricing. Even though I sent detailed information on scope of work with photos. They do not charge hourly but by the job and it costs $95 to get an in person quote, which turned out to be 3x the amount that I ended up paying someone else (not on Angis). I asked the plumber why they have such terrible business practices and he said "I'm just the tech". So Angis if you want to make this right and keep a good reputation, you can refund my $95 I am out. Meanwhile, no more Angis for me!"
