He did a thorough job removing the old, loose mortar from the firebox walls and applying fresh mortar, and he also added insulation at the top of the firebox as promised. I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. Adore was the first company out of three to reply to me and Andy was quickly available for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He gave me a great education about the project and a great estimate as well. I was so impressed with the care and workmanship of the chimney job, I had them come back a second time, a couple of weeks later, to replace my gutters. Andy and his team did another fine job, on time, and a great price. Showed great care for my home, cleaned everything up and hauled it away.
