Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

They completely destroyed one unit, and stole all the copper condensate lines. It was imperative to remove the ladder ASAP. Rudy has performed several jobs for me over the years, so he was the first person I called. Within 24 hours, Rudy and his crew removed the ladder and repaired and painted the stucco. He hauled away the disassembled ladder and completely cleaned the work area. There is no trace whatsoever that the roof-access ladder was ever mounted on the side of the building.
