Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend."

"Work was performed as scheduled. Concrete leveling was completed and the men did a very good job of cleaning up after. I was able to observe the concrete slab rising to be leveled off with surrounding stable slabs in the patio. As promised several days were given to allow for the concrete to dry and then men returned to install flexible polyurethane caulking to seal the concrete slabs control joints."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. "We called Jaco in because we found water seeping into a small closest area and a bedroom in our finished basement.  We removed some drywall and found a large 8 foot crack (ceiling to floor).  This crack looked to have been filled with caulking.  Jaco came in and did their crack injection.  They were very good and quick.  We haven't seen water come in since and it has rained serveral times (heavy rain).  John with Jaco was great as well, made us feel comfortable and was always ontime and returned our calls when needed. <br /> Thanks Jaco, hopefully we won't need your services again, but if we do, we'll make sure to call you. <br />"
