I also agreed to have him spray an organic weed killer in the stone areas to prevent weeds from coming up. While walking in the garden I noticed there were bare spots in the garden where there should have been mulch and where there was mulch it was not two inches. There were also weeds coming up, which he did explain he might have to come back to do a second application at cost. When I called him about the mulch, he explained that he underestimated the amount of mulch needed. But instead of talking to me about it before he left the job, he waited for me to call him about it. When we did speak, he said he could come in and put down more mulch at cost. At that point I decided to not have him return."
