The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. We were very happy with the work and feel like we are safe from any more foundation problems."

"Five Stars for Classic Construction. We want to thank Mike Paris for his professionalism, from our first meeting, development of the work proposal, overseeing the job, ordering special materials, and by addressing fixes needed. He was here every day to check in with us and the work crews to make sure supplies were delivered and we were happy with the work as it proceeded. The job included new windows, vinyl siding, construction of a new front porch and new gutter installation. There is a dentil molding detail on the roof line that we wanted to keep. Mike gave us several options to see that it had the look we wanted. The window and vinyl installation crew was led by Minor. When Mike was on other job sites Minor was our go to man. He and Mike are a great team. Twenty-two windows were installed quickly, with no mess in the house. At the end of each day the yard was clean and all work materials stored. A day after the dentil molding was installed we noticed it was buckling. We took some pictures, sent them to Mike and he got back to us immediately. He agreed there was a problem and let us know Minor would be out to address the issue. Minor and his crew came out assessed the situation and corrected it. The final look is just what we wanted. Our front porch project was led by Jimmy. What we thought would be a porch repair/replacement became a rebuild. Jimmy explained the scope of the work he recommended, we agreed and he and his team got started. His crew came out for a 3 hr. job and stayed 8hrs. They worked until it was done. The finished porch is strong, safe and looks so good. Our experience and the quality of the work done by Classic Construction was first rate."

"Chris showed up for our estimate on time. He was very knowledgeable and spent allot of time going over my crawl space and giving me his thoughts on what we needed. He came back the next day with his boss Greg to make sure I didn't have any structural issues that needed addressed. We decided to hire them and 3 weeks later the crew arrived. They were punctual and hard working. There were a total of about 7 guys that came out to work on our project it took a week one day was affected by bad weather. It's only been a day but so far I couldn't be happier. I love knowing that I have a dry crawl space and my family is living in a healthier home. I would hire them again in a minute. "From my initial meeting with Justin Slocum to discuss the work I needed through the final wrap up, this project went very well. The crew painting the interior of my house was professional and did wonderful work. They were very easy to work with and the paint job looks great! Each night, the work areas were left clean and tidy. About our leak... the crew manager found the leak causing the mold and was able to fix that problem, which was on the exterior of the house. It was nice being able to use Slocum contracting for the paint and then, when I needed exterior work, they were skilled in that area too. Of course, they remediated the mold too! I guess you can see, I am happy with the work that Slocum Contracting did and it was very good experience working with them."

"Wonderful! We will definitely ask Miguel to handle our future repairs and projects. He's pretty busy, so it took a little bit to get on the job, but we were fine with that. If you plan to use him, just be aware that he has a lot of work, and you may need to wait a little ? but it?s well worth it! <br /> Miguel came out and walked around the house, then walked with me to go over areas that I knew needed to be fixed. He also pointed out some areas I had missed, and gave me options on how to fix those problems as well. <br /> We knew that when the bad siding was pulled off that we could expect more damage, so what little problems came up were no surprise. Miguel showed us what he and his crew were doing every step of the way. He pointed out what needed to be fixed, what did not need to be fixed, and was really helpful. <br /> I?ll have him come back to paint the house and possibly build a small shed for us. We are extremely pleased with him personally, with his team, how they were always very professional and helpful.
