The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. We were very happy with the work and feel like we are safe from any more foundation problems."

"Five Stars for Classic Construction. We want to thank Mike Paris for his professionalism, from our first meeting, development of the work proposal, overseeing the job, ordering special materials, and by addressing fixes needed. He was here every day to check in with us and the work crews to make sure supplies were delivered and we were happy with the work as it proceeded. The job included new windows, vinyl siding, construction of a new front porch and new gutter installation. There is a dentil molding detail on the roof line that we wanted to keep. Mike gave us several options to see that it had the look we wanted. The window and vinyl installation crew was led by Minor. When Mike was on other job sites Minor was our go to man. He and Mike are a great team. Twenty-two windows were installed quickly, with no mess in the house. At the end of each day the yard was clean and all work materials stored. A day after the dentil molding was installed we noticed it was buckling. We took some pictures, sent them to Mike and he got back to us immediately. He agreed there was a problem and let us know Minor would be out to address the issue. Minor and his crew came out assessed the situation and corrected it. The final look is just what we wanted. Our front porch project was led by Jimmy. What we thought would be a porch repair/replacement became a rebuild. Jimmy explained the scope of the work he recommended, we agreed and he and his team got started. His crew came out for a 3 hr. job and stayed 8hrs. They worked until it was done. The finished porch is strong, safe and looks so good. Our experience and the quality of the work done by Classic Construction was first rate."

"<p>  We are in the Northern Virginia area and this business is based out of the Roanoke area. This was not a concern as the Northern Virginia area is serviced by Seal-Tite. . Mark, the estimator arrived on time and explained how we did not need a system proposed by another company which cost much more than what Seal-Tite offered. Mark explained the process and left us with a price to discuss. I felt like Mark listened to what type of repair I was requesting and did not try to add services that we did not need or weren't interested in.  After having two other companies visit we asked Mark to come back and give us an estimate if the cracks were repaired from the outside. Originally we had discussed repairing them from the inside since the dry wall had already been removed and the cracks were assessable from the inside. Mark readily agreed to return and a second estimate was given. I felt like repairing them from the outside was what we wanted since the water comes in from the outside. </p> <p>   Seal-Tite called to schedule our appointment and called Miss Utility since digging was taking place on the outside of our home at the location of each crack. Three workers arrived on time and started hand digging the sites down to the footers as outlined on the contract. Cracks in our concrete foundation were sealed with hydraulic cement and covered with a swell-tite membrane. This was covered with another material and the dirt was returned. The men worked quickly and allowed me to ask questions as they worked. One crack was repaired on the inside basement wall due to wiring outside the crack. This was discussed when Mark was giving an estimate and there was no confusion with the warranty difference or process.  Items inside the basement were covered with plastic to contain any dust as the crack was sanded and plastic was placed on the floor to catch the mud from the rainy day. </p> <p>    Seal -Tite provided the exact service that I was looking for when searching for waterproofing services. "Chris showed up for our estimate on time. He was very knowledgeable and spent allot of time going over my crawl space and giving me his thoughts on what we needed. He came back the next day with his boss Greg to make sure I didn't have any structural issues that needed addressed. We decided to hire them and 3 weeks later the crew arrived. They were punctual and hard working. There were a total of about 7 guys that came out to work on our project it took a week one day was affected by bad weather. It's only been a day but so far I couldn't be happier. I love knowing that I have a dry crawl space and my family is living in a healthier home. I would hire them again in a minute. "Mr. Torres was great to work with. He was very quick to set up a conference and provide me with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to get the project done the next week even though he ran into some problems that were no fault of his own. Once the front porch steps were removed from the house, he discovered that the builder had not done a good job. The builder had not tied the steps into the house and had used cross beams that were not wide enough to provide ample support. That was why the steps always felt "spongy". He explained all of this in a way that made sense. He offered several solutions to the problem and when I asked what he thought was the best solution he told me and explained why it would be the best. It all made sense to me. The additional cost for materials and labor was reasonable and he had the steps completed the next day. My front porch feels secure and sturdy. I have no doubt these steps will be here for years to come. Mr. Torres was polite, professional, fair, and made everything easy to understand. I plan on doing some other home improvements in the next 6 months and Mr. Torres will be the person I call."
