I reached out to him several times but initially did not receive a response, which caused me some stress. Eventually, Dennis responded and explained that he was in the hospital for a major procedure, yet he reassured us that he would address our concerns once he was discharged. This shows that Dennis is a reliable and considerate professional. I will update my review once our issues are resolved, but so far, I believe his service deserves a 5-star rating. It is impressive that even while in the hospital, he still thought about his clients an admirable work ethic!"

They inspected and sent an estimate to remove. Asked about the warranty still in place. Never responded. Did a good job of remediation work. Doesn’t support their warranty."
