"Our initial estimation contacts - Clint THEN Frank were amazing. Timely, professional, took time to walk me through things, answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and gave me options. Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. I love LOVE how they also gave us options for our install so it didn't feel like they were just trying to push the most expensive option on us. "Zack is my plumber-on-call when I have plumbing problems in my condo.  I am now working with him on the plumbing part of a kitchen renovation.  I am so pleased with his work that, when my central air conditioner stopped working, I called Zack.  His A/C partner is Josh.
It's the dead of summer, and although I had to wait several -HOT- days for All Ways to fix my air conditioner, I wanted to see if they were as good at A/C as at plumbing.  They are.
Josh was right on time, dismantled the 20+ year old unit, found the bad capacitor, replaced it, counseled me on the need for a new system pretty soon, and what that would entail.  He was gone in 45 minutes, and I now have a timing and cost budget for the new unit this winter.

"Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"Job was delayed but once it got underway, it was completed as promised. We found Handyman Xpress to be very reputable and are very pleased with the work. The ceilings are beautiful! We did experience some difficulty getting in touch with Eric at times but for us it was ok because we were not in a urgent situation. We found that he would contact us when he became available so learned to be patient and wait for him. Since we are seasonal residents, it is important to us to have a company we can rely on to provide all sorts of services. We found Handyman Xpress to be this type of company and will hire again in the future for other needs."

"After waiting 13 days for a call to schedule service; I called the provider. The gal took my message of concern and told me the service provider would call me. I received a call back the next day from a worker and I explained that I needed to schedule an appointment to review the work needed. The person who came to my home was very nice and professional. I asked questions and agreed to an up charge for a different colored rim. I also asked about some other work that I wanted an estimate for. He sent me an estimate a few days later and this is my response to him: Jeremy, Thanks for coming out to preview the job. I also appreciated the conversation about other services I wanted to consider for the future. I am astonished at the estimate however. To add four cans in my kitchen ceiling you are quoting: $923.00. This is far more than the offering from Respro ($295) and therefore I will need to cancel the Angie's List 'deal'. This seems like a bait and switch scam and while I recognize that the rim covers would need to match my current can rims (which I am willing to pay for), I cannot justify an up charge of $628.00. Please let me know if I will get the refund from you or from Angie's List. I will be contacting them by tomorrow morning to express my disappointment and filing a complaint. I cannot justify an additional $628 in addition to what I have already paid ($295). Jeremy responded and asked me not to file a complaint with you and out of courtesy, I won't. I respectfully request a refund of the 'deal' since it was no deal. I will not use this service provider again nor will I review them. I will however, continue to rely on Angie's List for future services. Thank You."
