"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The fan on my air conditioner stopped working. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable HVAC company, and chose Tully's. I called on Monday evening, my call was returned promptly the same evening, and a repair was scheduled for the next day. Tully's called me when the repair man was on the way (a nice touch that so many companies don't do). In addition to replacing the bad capacitor, the repair man also checked my freon, cleaned the AC unit inside and out, and checked the furnace filter. While the price wasn't necessarily cheap, the level of service was excellent, and I would do business with Tully's again without question."

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
