"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"My complaints were that in the quoted price, my cover was to be removed, washed, folded up, and put in my garage. I washed it and folded it with my son in law later with no price drop. His son had put the "eyeballs" in the pool on both ends, and directed them in the wrong direction, so I had no circular movement of water. I had to loosen them and redirect them myself. Also, he left in such a hurry, he didn't realize there was a big leak at my sand filter head. I had to have my son in law come a fix that. Safe to say, he would have probably fixed the above had we not been chatting so much. If I had realized all the above, he probably would have rectified them all, even the cover left for me with no difference in price. As a pool pro, talking or not, I think he should have verified all was well before leaving!"

He did a wonderful job and was very neat! I could tell he was experienced and I had total confidence he would do a great job. If he see things arenâ t going right he will make an effort to get it done right even if that mean change personal. His crew is extremely busy with other jobs but Jeremy will come when needed. "They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
