He had lot of knowledge and found solutions to any obsticles as the work progressed. He went above and beyond. Communication was very easy. I am very happy with completion of my project of installing AC/minisplit, drain / water to run faucet, garbage disposal, electricals, gas stove, hood through roof, cooktop, cabinet for enclosed outdoor kitchen. The job required a complete rebuild of the kitchen, removing posts, walls and installing new posts and beam. Ronen spent a considerable amount of time working with my wife and I on the design of the kitchen, providing us various options to maximize the space, the kind of materials we could use and recommendations on the appliances. The project lasted about nine weeks which was attributable to us changing the scope of the work to include other areas of the house which Unique had no problem including into the project. They ensured every detail was covered. When an issue came up, Ronen was there to resolve it quickly. The result was a beautiful better functioning kitchen with an open concept.
