"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

In contrast, two other foundation companies either said we required over $4500 to repair, or difficulty may be plumbing leak - plumber did come and said there was no leak. (Initial problem was tile raising up in one small section of kitchen)"

The report relieved my concerns about foundation issues so that I avoided unnecessary foundation work. The report made recommendations for some repairs that would help to stabilize the foundation.
