I have asthma and I had concerns about my air conditioning systems. I got two other bids and their bid was more than competitive. They did the work in a timely fashion, despite having to wait because the ground was so wet. They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great. "My AC stopped blowing cold on a Saturday night during a heat wave in Houston. I called Bellaire AC Sunday morning, and Charles came out the same day. He obviously had a lot of calls that day because he arrived around 8:00 p.m. I don't know that most AC technicians would be willing to continue working that late. If he hadn't come I would have checked into a hotel because it was over 85° in my condo at that point. It turned out the condenser fan had stopped working because of a bad capacitor. Charles replaced the capacitor and put in about 3 lb of coolant. Charles is very knowledgeable. As he was working he explained the technical details of how the system works and what he was doing. I will call Bellaire Air Conditioning again the next time I need them, but hopefully that won't be for a long time."

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam at Cool Tech was the last person we met with of the five businesses, and ultimately the one who earned our trust.
