They were able to do all the necessary repairs before the siding and took care of getting painters to paint the foundation and all our trim. They went above and beyond in taking the time to help us do repairs on rotting wood to help make sure everything was in great shape before the siding went on and even helped out by climbing to the top of the chimney to repair minor details outside the actual scope of their work and helped me get second story windows cleaned while up on the ladder! "A large tree limb fell on my garage during a windstorm and caused damage to the roof, gutter and one of the walls. A small tree branch also punctured the roof of the house. In looking for a contractor to repair the damage, I found Mike Higgins on Angie's list. He returned my call the same day, and came out the next day to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repair. It was almost a month before the insurance adjustor examined the damage, and Mike kept in touch during that time. He was there to meet with the adjustor the day he arrived, and to discuss the needed repairs.  Supplies were ordered and the repairs began within the next 2 weeks. The workers were all courteous and did a great job of cleanup. They were patient with my questions, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely call Higgins Construction again!
