"I chose Freedom from the list of top providers. I need my main sewer drain repaired in the back yard due to tree root damage. Mike came out to give me an estimate and he seemed like somebody I could trust. The estimate came much later but I waas not in a hurry so it didn't matter to me. I had a question about the estimate vs. what was discussed in person and he provided a revised estimate to cover the area of my concern. I had the large tree removed and stump ground to allow them to dig. I waited a month or so to allow me to save the money for repairs then faxed in the signed contract. I didn't get any response from that so after another month or so left a message at the business phone number. Mike then left me a message some time later asking if I had the work done by somebody else. I called back and left another message saying that I still needed the work done but the time was getting more important as I needed some good weather to do the yard restoration work after they dig.
