It was technically a holiday so I have them the benefit of the doubt and called to see what happened. No apology, just a vague "they must have messed it up in the office." I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late.
