"Over the last few months Plumb Right helped me with a variety of issues: utility sink faucet replacement, Outside valve issue, gas water heater replacement, main line valve replacement, and an emergency refrigerator water line leak. On all occasions they were very responsive - especially with my emergency leak. Holly, who answers the phone, is always great to work with and gets the work scheduled. Thomas and Devon were the plumbers who handled my work. They explained the work, were professional in delivery, and did excellent work. Hopefully I won’t continue to have plumbing issues, but if I do, I feel confident calling Plumb Right."

"I called for a service on March 6, 2015 and the set up the appointment for between 1 and 4 pm, on March 9, 2015. <br /> The called me again on March 9 at 10 am and reset the appointment for 11am and 12pm on March 9, 2015 as their <em>repairman had a opening</em>. I agreed to the change and waited until 11:30 am and called them and said I had not heard from the repairman. They assured me that he was on his way.. At about 12:30 the called me and said he could not make it because he had to take someone to rehab appointment, but said they would get someone there between 1pm and4 pm. <br /> At 3:50 pm a guy in a delivery truck came to look at the softener.. He looked at the softener and after 5 - 10 minutes found that the new water I had installed 2 month ago, was sitting on top of the discharge water tubing preventing the softener from operating <br /> Since he did not have a service truck he could not fix the softener. He offered to send another service truck out the next day, but I would have to pay another service charge. I declined and said I would go to the hdwe store and buy and install a new tubing for the softener.. <br /> I was told over the phone that the service charge was going to be. $78.00. What I wasn't told was that there is a$2.00 a minute charge for the time the "serviceman" was at my home for a total o $20.00. I also was not informed that there would be a FUEL SURCHARGE of $4.96. After reading this I decided I can not afford to call these people ever again. <br />"

"Shaun and Steve from Boevaag Plumbing called/texted to let me know that they were running ahead of schedule. This worked out great and they were able to start about an hour before the estimated starting time. On an outside spigot that was leaking Shaun showed me how one nut just needed tightening. Leak gone. I had a valve that ran to the kitchen refrigerator. I assume this valve was likely added by the previous homeowner, as it was unfortunately placed after the shutoff valve for one of the outside spigots (so when I shut it off for the winter, no water to the fridge). I had them move the refrigerator valve (they put in a new one) before the outside shutoff valve. A shutoff valve for another outside spigot wouldn't fully shut off. They replaced both of the shutoff valves with much better handle valves (rather than the knob valves that were there). The pipes to the water softener needed to be tweaked to line up with the new softener. They did that, hooked up the new softener, ran it though all of its cycles and showed me how to use it. Shaun also gave me advice on maintaining the unit. The main waste pipe had a joint that had failed, Steve and Shaun replaced the necessary pieces and everything looks nice and sealed once again. The guys took a little under three hours to get my long list of items accomplished. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt the price charged was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Boevaag Plumbing and will most certainly use them again."

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!"
