"Everything turned out fantastic. They responded with an estimate immediately and ready to get to work. They were very efficient in painting our vaulted ceilings and livingroom/bathroom/hallways. They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. I'm sure I will be calling them back to do some exterior painting!!"

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. "Ronan said he would do the bathroom tile and he did not. He left us in the hands of trainees for the majority of the time. We appreciate his Father being there but it seemed as if we were squeezed into his schedule like an afterthought. They were never on time. The work was not up to par and doesn't fit the name Construction Perfection. My husband called him back to look at some concerns and Ronan had to reschedule which was fine but my husband couldn't reach him after the fact. He didn't return his phone calls or respond to his texts. It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy but nice doesn't fit the bill."

Their jobs were numerous and varied from plumbing, electrical, to cabinet making. He knew and worked with other sub-contractors who were reasonable and skilled. Out of respect for Brian, others made an effort to help him and us get the job done! Brian is extremely competent, knowledgeable and multi-talented. We recommend him highly, knowing whoever hires him, for whatever the job, won't be disappointed."
