"Dan and his entire team were great to work with and we were so pleased with the work, we are now using him for another renovation project for the house.  Our original project was a messy one - water damage that affected three out of the four condominium units in our building.  The work was relatively small scale but involved all of the trades which made it a project that was difficult to find a contractor who was interested and qualified.  His estimate was very competitive and was able to do the work right away.  He was great about communication throughout the process and was very neat with the work.  These qualities were particularly valuable because of the multiple units and owners, two of whom work at home.  There were unforeseen conditions that arose and we added some scope to the work along the way and his pricing for these items were very fair as well.

I have exposed electrical wiring that was redirected during another project that involved this area and I wasn't aware that it presented a problem. Scott pointed it out and told me what I needed to do and explained why the supplies that I purchased on the advice of a friend (who is a contractor) weren't completely appropriate for the job. I really appreciate his honesty and will be calling him back to do the job I need done
