"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

", The table pads were ordered on November 18,2015, and I received them in early March 2016.  The placemat "paddies" were ordered November 30,2015, and I received them April 23, 2016.  All items were mailed in very protective packaging, and the items themselves are of high quality materials and are well made.  All items look beautiful on the table, even without a table cloth; they resemble a quality wood product.  The color I selected matches my wood table perfectly.   With the above positive remarks I must say that I had to stay in touch often with Jackie S. by  email and phone to keep my order moving along, as there were production and/or mailing problems in January.  Jackie was always courteous to me and replied promptly to my emails or calls.  It took quite a lot of my contacting Jackie to finally get my complete order delivered.  There were promises and then delays, so one would keep this in mind if ordering from Berger's Table Pad Factory.

"The owner promised, I would be happy with the job, and they went beyond what I had in mind. Matched the walls perfectly, and spent a lot of time removing all left over scrap and cleaning up. Paid them extra because the work was so impressive. They work very well with us."

"They were good. The job ended up really nice. It looks really professional. We were able to master stain that was with the house. It was very well done. The workers were nice guys. That was a place that I could say I would definitely recommend. I had a couple of windows installed and that was a separate charge. The dormer was $1200 including the window. I had two windows installed. They had to work with the inside trim and the exterior trim where it's next to the brick. It was $700 for that. I had the windows provided myself. I paid for those separately. It wasn't included in the cost. It was just for the labor and parts like the wood. I can't really ask for anything. I trust that he was overseeing things properly and that his workers were qualified along with the carpentry skills that they had. That's why I liked them. It's because I have seen the quality. It was apparent. I wanted to get the same level because he set such a high standard with that. I think it was a little extra with the cost for him but I had to pay for what I get. I would use him in the future."

"In a time when its hard to find quality, reliable help, my expectations for a good tradesman were not very high. I wanted to add a downstairs bathroom for my home and randomly selected a company. "My basement remodel turned out as I hoped and looked just as drawn up by a separate architect. Much of the work and cost was re-routing plumbing, electrical and HVAC to get the most floor and ceiling space, and the subcontractors were great. Roger's attention to detail ensured and I was happy with the quality of all the subs. He was very responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He had good suggestions as the project progressed. I had to do a bit of work on my own for the permits as not licensed in Milwaukee, but it was not too difficult as I already had the architect's plans. I also did a bit of running around for some supplies which helped keep a few costs down. Overall, although the cost was higher than I had hoped, I am really enjoying the space and happy I did it."

"Things started very slowly for us, because of constant rain in the beginning and then one or two of the guys were out sick or injured (not work related). But, once things got under way, everything went really well. First of all, our house is three stories tall and the garage is not attached, also the homes in this neighborhood are quite close to each other, so there wasn't a lot of space on the sides of the house for working. The stucco work made it so that you couldn't even see where the patching and repairs were. And, the painting is just beautiful. We needed some gutters replaced and they even cleaned out gutters which were not part of the job or contract. While the work was being done, there was stuff all over the yard, but at the end of each day it was all cleaned up and piled nicely. Bruce and his guys were very courteous and friendly. Whenever we brought up anything that we felt needed doing, they always took care of it. They never gave us some reason why it couldn't be done. As the work went along we discovered that a ceiling had fallen down in a sleeping porch that we just used for storage. It turned out that water was coming in from poor roofing that had been done years before. After first trying to calk it and finding out that didn't work, we had Bruce repair that section of the roof. So that was a completely separate job and the room is now dry and being brought back into working order. We were so happy with the exterior painting that we have now gone ahead to have some interior rooms redone (the walls torn out and replaced and painted.) The one bedroom that has been done is so beautiful that everyone now wants that to be their room. We went beyond what we had planned to do, so we are having to come to an end here, but we will definitely be getting Bruce back to do further work in the future."
